All sales of Roblox fruits, gamepasses, and Blox Fruits accounts are final. Refunds or exchanges are only possible in rare cases.
Why do you need my address?
Although Blox Treasure doesn’t need your address, payment providers ask for it to verify your transaction and prevent fraudulent activity. This is standard for online purchases.
Why is my card getting declined?
Card declines can happen for many reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect information, or security flags from your bank. Make sure your card details are correct and try again, or contact your bank for assistance.
How do I claim my purchased items?
Join our Discord server and open a ticket in the "claim-order" channel. Provide your order number and receive your items.
